Iconic snowboarder, Russell Winfield has just announced the drop date for a collobarative snowboard he designed and made alongside the creative powerhouse Virgil Abloh.
This is a limited release snowboard, made by RIDE snowboards and the proceeds from the board sales will help fun ‘Hoods To Woods‘ and Virgil Abloh’s Postmodern Scholarship Fund. ‘Hoods To Woods’ is a nonprofit in Brooklyn that aims to introduce teens to the outdoors through snowboarding.
Winfield said “Through snowboarding, I was blessed to build a friendship with the superpower who was Virgil Abloh. Virgil and I shared the same passion for snowboarding and growing the culture. I’m very excited to share this special project he and I had been working on before his passing.”
This limited collaboration will drop on February 2, here. Set the date and cop one of these special boards!
