A unique snowboarding video contest where you pick the winner.
$20,000 worth of cash and prizes to be won!

Burton has teamed up with GoPro, Thredbo and Cardrona to present a brand new snowboarding contest taking place on two custom built park features.

For a five-week period, you’ll have the chance to ride the features, submit a video edit, and go into the draw to win weekly prizes as well as be in the running for best overall edit and people’s choice award worth $5000 each.

how it works

 The Thredbo and Cardrona Park teams have each designed and built their own unique Burton x GoPro snowboard feature. Ride the feature, shoot a video, make your best edit using the GoPro Quik App and upload to Instagram tagging #BattleOfTheBubble22 for your chance to win.

For five weeks starting Aug 1st, six winners will be chosen by a panel of industry experts to receive a prize pack from YETI, GoPro or Burton valued at up to $1000AUD.

These six videos will make up our finalist shortlist and from Sept 1st-8th, we’ll open the votes up to the general public where voters will choose the People’s Choice Edit worth $5000.

Our panel of judges will also pick their favourite video to be awarded the Battle of the Bubble Winner, also worth $5000.

how to enter

1.

Capture your resort experience and best tricks on the Burton x GoPro feature at either Thredbo or Cardrona.

2.

Using the GoPro Quik App, create your best edit. The Quik App is free to download and available on the IOS and Android App store. Edit should be 1min or shorter, minimum resolution of 1080p and edited using the GoPro Original Music from the app.

3.

Upload to Instagram as a video or reel with #BattleOfTheBubble22 tagging @burtonaustralianz and @goproanz

Simple as that.
