The results are in and the CHAMPION has been announced. X Games 2021 Real Snow gold goes to Sage Kotsenburg and his right hand man aka filmer Jeremy “Jerm” Thonburg. Peep the winning video part here.
A standout silver medal went to Kevin Backstrom, putting down one of the most creative entries we’ve seen to date…solid. Bronze went to Stale Sandbech but a worthy mention that he also took out the fan favourite award with a 28.41% vote.
We caught up with Sage just after he filmed his real snow part and was heading into the first event of Natural Selection a couple months back. He’s one determined dude, on a mission to make his mark, which he’s doing ever so gracefully this winter. Peep it below:
